Dear readers,
it`s surprising how many birds you discover when you are taking photos of your local area. Some birds stay all through the cold winter months and others just drop by for a quick feed before they continue there journey to another less populated and more appropriate part of the earth.
I unfortunately don`t know much about birds, I have to keep refering to my bird book just to find out where they are from and what they are called, I may become an expert one day, who knows? but at the moment I enjoy just taking pictures. Unfortunately some of my photos are not very clear because birds dont stand still they keep moving all the time and also many pictures are taken through my kitchen window, which is unfortunately not always clean, never mind, I hope you enjoy looking anyway.
I must admit that the digital cameras of today are ideal and make things a lot cheaper, quicker and easier in comparison to the old film cameras.
